Thank you for your letter of 26 February 1985 regarding the
clearances of Mr. Alfred M. Lehn who will be
working with you on the Senate Arms Control Observer Group.
On 27 February 1985, Mr. Lehn's clearances were certified to
Ms. Susan Shekmar, Senate Appropriations Committee staff. This
was in accordance with a telephone call from Mr. Lehn who
explained that Mr. George Murphy had advised that the
Appropriations Committee was the more appropriate recipient.
