DONALD F. MASSEY JOINS
GRAY AND COMPANY
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Donald F. Massey, former chief Counsel
of the Senate Committee on Appropriations and Deputy Sergeant at
Arms, has been named a Senior Vice President of Gray and Company
Public Communications International, it was announced today.
Massey has been Minority Counsel to the Senate Committee on
Rules and Administration, and Assistant Legislative Counsel and
intelligence analyst with the Central Intelligence Agency.
Massey, who has a decade of experience working with key
members of Congress, will join the Government Relations
Division.
"He brings us unique knowledge and insight gained from
first-hand experience, working directly with members of key
Senate committees," said Chairman and CEO Robert K. Gray. "He
both represented an agency before Congress and worked for
Senators in the legislative process. Don is a valuable addition
to the Gray team."

Massey, 39, graduated with honors with a law degree from The
George Washington University and received a political science
degree from San Diego State University.
Gray and Company Public Communications International, Inc.,
founded by Chairman and CEO Robert K. Gray, is the nation's
largest public communications firm headquartered in Washington,
D.C.
