1. The Office of Security has received your request for
concurrence concerning the procurement of a dedicated computer
system to administer the flow of documents between the Agency
and Congress. When the appropriate staffs have determined 25X1
functional specifications for a computer system, the Office of
Security, Information Systems Security Group, will provide
