Mr. Casey has agreed to address
the House Republican Conference headed
by Congressman Jack Kemp on 17 April.
This was arranged through a phone call
between Mr. Casey and Congressman Kemp.
There will be present Congressmen and
their staffers--no outsiders or press.
I pass this on for your information
only. I don't believe any action is
necessary on your part. The Conference
will take place in the Cannon Caucus
Room. I have been asked if the room
should be "swept" before the meeting;
