SUBJECT: Access to Classified Documents by Congressional Policy Committees
1. Per John McMahon, DDCI, the Democratic and Republican Policy
Committees of both the House and Senate are not to have access'to
classified documents, since-they are strictly partisan policy committees.
The may, however, receive classified briefings. Any notes they take
will need to be stored in an approved CIA storage facility.
