SUBJECT: Briefing on Soviet Chemical Weapons Program for
Congressional Staffer Mark Kirk
1. On 13 May 1985, Mark Kirk, a member of the staff of
Rep. John Porter (R., IL), was briefed on the Soviet Chemical
