1. OLL has been informed that Donald Richbourg, Staff
Director, House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee, will be
travelling in January with the following itinerary:
7 - 9 January Singapore
9 - 11 January
2. Mr. Richbourg has al (clearance, and as Staff
Director, is entitled to a full oversight briefing. He is
travelling with a group that is interested in military
construction. The tri is bein 7coordinated b the Navy, and
they have arrange briefings
Navy has not yet provided Mr. Richbourg with a contact point
in the Embassies as yet. The above information is sketchy,
but it is all we have now. We will attempt to obtain further
information from Mr. Richbourg.
