SUBJECT: Comments on Draft GAO/ISOO Letter on H.R. 2994
I am in complete agreement with the draft GAO/ISOO letter
on H.R. 2994. IMS experience indicates the classification
provisions of Executive Order 12356 are comprehensive and
working extremely well. The position taken by ISOO in respect
to the proposed legislation on unauthorized leaks is reasonable.
