SUBJECT: Legislative Proposal on Retroactive Pay for
Certain NSA Employees for Inclusion in the Draft
Intelligence Authorization Bill for FY-87
1. Attached for your review is a legislative proposal that
would allow the Director, NSA, to pay certain senior NSA employees
additional pay they may have been entitled to during fiscal years
1980 and 1981. We would appreciate your including it in the
draft intelligence Authorization bill which you will be circulating
shortly for comment.
