This is in response to your request in the reference for
CIA's help in drafting certain sections of the subject study.
Because of the current high level of demand for other purposes
on the analytical resources that would be tapped, we will not be
able to provide direct assistance especially given what I under-
stand to be already-overtaken deadlines. We, of course, will be
making a substantial contribution eventually in the form of a
programmed SNIE on prospects for a MEN4YFZ. In the meantime we
welcome the' opportunity to review and comment on the draft
sections of the subject study falling within the purview of
intelligence.
