SUBJECT:. Forthcoming. Georgetown Nuclear Conference
(SA/NPI consultant on nuclear affairs) is
putting together a?one-day conference on proliferation in the Middle-
East and South Asia in the year 2000--a capabilities analysis includ-
ing numbers of warheads, delivery systems, and targetting considera-
tions. It will be held at the Georgetown Center International Club
(3rd floor conference room) on Friday, 30 April 1982, 0900-1600.

R. Selden, R. Barker, G. Quester (has resigned from Cornell to take
position of Chairman, Political Science Department, Univ. of Maryland--

number is limited, and each must pay $30 for lunch.
