NOTE FOR THE RECORD
There was a meeting in my office on Wednesday, 7 April 1982
to discuss the proposed project on Soviet nonproliferation policy.*

A summary of results: OGI is willing to aid in the scoping of the
paper and eventually might be able to contribute to a draft. OSWR
expressed a similar view. SOVA was not now in a position to
participate in the project because the most knowledgeable (and only)
analyst was in training.
