Heymann also met with Ambassador Gerald Helman (Undersecretary Eagleburger's deputy) to prepare for an encounter next Monday with editorial staffs of the New Yorg Timej and the Wall Street Journal on ANIO/Au briefed staffers of the House Foreign Affairs Committee on recent developments in the nuclear programs of India, Pakistan, and Libya.
