AMECOM, a Division of Litton Systems, Inc., a rap-
idly growing world leader in RF, Telecommunications
and Electronic Warfare, has an immediate opening
for an in-plant Supplier Quality Engineer, with some
local source inspection.
Successful individual will have 5 years experience in
the quality discipline of Military Avionics and Ship-
board Electronic Systems, as well as working experi-
ence with MIL-Q-9858, MIL-1-45208A and MIL-
STD-1535. Responsibilities for this position include
dispositioning of incoming discrepant material in the
capacity of Chairman, Preliminary Material Review
Board (PMRB), providing corrective action follow-up
for Material Review Board (MRB) action from suppli-
ers and Amecom; facilitating and coordinating engi-
neering product and/or specification changes to
provide discrepant material problem resolution; and
reviewing purchase orders and assigning applicable
quality requirements to them. A BS degree or equiv-
alent experience is also required.
