In response to Reference, the following ranking of proposed tasks to be addressed by the Personnel Security Sub- committee is offered. The ranking is keyed to the listing presented in the Subcommittee's memorandum of 22 June 1982. 1 la 2 ld 3 lj 4 le 5 1f 6 li 7 1g 8 lh 9 1c 10 lb 2. In rating tasks, the highest priority was given to ongoing or delayed activities that should be pursued or carried to the point of resolution. The next highest levels of priority were assigned to projects of immediate interest to the Intelli- gence Community. The lower priorities are believed to involve matters that will afford minimum return or little practical application. In general, I believe the Subcommittee should concentrate on issues that do not extend beyond the protection of intelligence sources and methods, unless the DC1: Security Com- mittee is asked to address areas of personnel sect concern a national security policy or posture OS ~! 1683/A Sanitized Copy Approved for Release 2010/11/19: CIA-RDP87T00623R000200060003-7
