MEMORANDUM FOR MEMBERS, PERSONNEL SECURITY SUBCOMMITTEE
SUBJECT: Proposed Revision of DCID 1/14
Attached are the specifics of the OSD proposal for revising DCID 1/14
scope coverage from 15 years to 10 years. Following our 8 June 1982 meeting,
the Chairman, SECOM, remanded the formerly proposed DCID 1/14 revision to
our subcommittee for further review. You will recall that at our last meeting
we agreed to address the OSD proposal. Please come to our 13 July 1982
meeting prepared to discuss and vote on the OSD proposal as specified in
the attachment.
