SUBJECT: SECOM FY84 Budget Request
1. At the 26 May 1982 SECOM meeting regarding subject, I presented the
attached PerSSub F Y84 budget request (minus Item 5 that had been eliminated
previously by as not meeting the criteria for IC concerns).
Twelve members of the SECOM were present and voted as follows:
a. Item 1: 2 - high
10 - medium
0 - low
b. Item 2: 7 - high
5 - medium

c. Item 3: 7 - high
2 - medium
3 - low
d. Item 4: 1 - high
9 - medium
2 - low
2. These votes were meant as advisory for the benefit of the
Chairman, SECOIX, to assist him in his negotiations during the budget
approval process.
