meeting. No objections were noted. The Chairman announced ap-

ITEM 4: Proposed Changes to DCID 1/19
advised that a subgroup of the Compartmentation Sub-
committee had met on 13 September 1984 to review several proposed
changes to DCID 1/19 and that the results of the meeting, in the
form of recommendations, were distributed to members by memorandum
of 20 September 84, Compartmentation Subcommittee Subgroup Meeting.
Each subgroup recommendation was discussed individuallly as follows
(see Attachment 1 for revised texts):
