Preliminary Comments
ITEM 1 -- Approval of Minutes. Approval of minutes of the Thirty-
Sixth meeting of the Subcommittee on 10 August 1982.

ITEM 2 -%/Revision of DCID 1/7, "Control of Dissemination of In-
telligence Information." SECOM tasking is to review and
revise the current edition of DCID 1/7 as part of the
NFIB project of updating all DCIDs. It appears that
relatively minor editorial changes will be sufficient to
update this DCID. A draft incorporating known editorial
changes is at attachment 1--changes are marked by a bar
on the left margin. Members should be prepared to ap-
prove this draft or offer changes for consideration.
ITEM 3 Revision of DCID 1/20, "Security Policy Concern~g Travel
and Assignment of Personnel with Access to SCI." SECOM
tasking is to review and revise the current edition of
DCID 1/20 for the same purpose as described above for DCII)
1/7. A draft incorporating known editorial changes is
at Attachment 2. Members should be prepared to approve
this draft or offer changes for consideration.
ITEM 4 Standardized Listing of SCI Codewords/Caveats and Related
Markings. Per the 10 Aug 82 meeting of the Subcommittee,
further discussions on this matter are in order--time per-
