Reports via D/ICS to DCI or NFIB/NFIC as appropriate. -- Chairman is IC Staff member; heads small permanent research support/ action officer staff, augmented by TDY personnel as required for specific projects. -- CIPC staff responsive to D/ICS tasking for emergent action items below threshold for attention of full CIPC.
