DCID 1/11 Draft #3 of 2 February 1982
1. I have no substantive problems with referenced draft of a
revised DCID 1/11. I find the thrust of your draft to be compatible
with the understanding between us on the successful interworking of
SECOM and COMIREX.
2. I would like to pass on the following editorial comments pre-
pared by my staff.
