In accordance with the rec{uest as set forth in
reference, CIA representatives have reviewed the third
draft revision of DCID 1/11 and concur without further
comment. It is our understanding that at some future
date the CIA will be afforded the opportunity to comment
on a revised version of Attachment 3 and any other changes
to DCID 1/11 which are generated by approval of the
APEX system.
