It would be very helpful if ISCS would formulate a tasking paper for technical surveillance similar to the one prepared by the Computer Subcommittee on the threat to computer security. will work with you on this, as he assisted with his tasking paper. Please get together with ^as soon as practicable on this. We should ensure that the tasking is undated periodically as well. Your efforts, as always, are greatly appreciated.
