1. SIGNIFICANCE: THE MISSION TRACK PROVIDED THE POTENTIAL FOR
IMAGING APPROXIMATELY 75 PERCENT OF LUZON ISLAND, PHILIPPINES,
ON (S/NF)
FROM: THE IRIS-III CAMERA WAS GOOD WITH AN AVERAGE
APPROXIMATELY 20 PERCENT OF THE IMAGERY OVER LUZON WAS CLOUD
COVERED. MODERATE-TO-LIGHT SCATTERED CLOUDS COVERED MOST OF
THE MOUNTAIN RANGES. THE PLAINS AND VALLEYS WERE GENERALLY
