SUBJECT: Request to Give an Oral Presentation
1. I request permission to give the keynote comments
at a panel on "The Rise of Regionalism in Europe" at the
National Capital Political Science Association.
2. When approved, I intend to give the oral tation
on February 26, 1983 on the campus of in
Washington, DC. I shall not be speaking rom a prepared text.
3. None of the material in the oral presentation is,
to my knowledge, classified.
4. I will not append the standard disclaimer because I
am a Scholar-in-Residence and will not be identified as an
Agency employee.
