Greenwood Press has requested minor changes in my manuscript
on the SPD and NATO, which was approved for outside publication
last year.Specifically, the editors directed me to add some
comments in the concluding section on the SPD's present stance
toward the Alliance. I have drafted the attached paragraphs,
which are extremely general and use exclusively unclassified
material.
