Suggest the entire office be invited because
of interest but also because from a practical
standpoint, we need at least 20 people to
justify use of 1/2 of the dining room.
Favorable comments about a previous luncheon
of filet mignon suggest a repeat for this
lunch. However, other things available are:
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Veal Cordon Bleu
Cornish Hen w/rice
Chicken Breast w/wine sauce
Do you want wine? drinks?
BIG QUESTION: How do we pay for this.
