MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, PPC
SUBJECT: The Clark Committee Briefings
1. Pursuant to your request, this is to advise that 1,506 man
hours (est.) were utilized by personnel (grades G}S-4 throw h GS-18)
assigned to the Office of the Chief of Administration, DD/P incident
to the briefings of the Clark Committee representative. Of the
above man hours, 1,088 were used b the Visual Aids Unit for prepar-
ing charts, etc., not only for DD/ Admin but also for all other
DD/P components.
2. It is pointed out that in using the above man hours for
analytical purposes, consideration should be given to the fact that
much of the briefing material which was developed for the Special
Study Group was used after appropriate modification and/or revision
for briefing the Clark Committee representative. The briefing material
for the Special Study Group required the utilization of 2,340 man hours
(est.) by personnel assigned to the Office of the Chief of Administra-
tion, DD/P. Of this number, 1,235 man hours (est.) were required by
the Visual Aids Unit for preparing charts for all DD/P components.
