A general briefing on the scope of the Special Study Group in
relation to the activities of the Hoover Commission Group. Explain how
the former established to cover the Clandestine Services and therefore
unnecessary to brief the Hoover Commission Group except as this subject
will be covered by DD/A under the general headings of Personnel,

Commission Group that they will be given a broad overall coverage of the
Clandestine Services with the details being left to the Special Study
Group.

and legal origin and some of the relationships with other government agencies
