A general description of the functions of the CS, their historical and legal origin and some of the relationships with other government agencies (State and Lefense) who provide policy guidance. A description of the organizational arrangements within the Clandestine Services showing how compartmentation is preserved at all o echelons and the points at which coordination and/mtx integration is a coverage accomplished. This would basically be of the organization chart of the CS with amplification on the internal working arrangements as 4. A description of the planning and programming system for the Clandestine Services. This will be essentially the briefing has given to the D* Group but adjusted to eliminate the more sensitive references and without the actual display - or at least without handling by the Group, of the documents involved.
