We are pleased~that you have accepted our invitation to
participate in a panel discussion as part of a course we are
conducting for Senior Intelligence Service Officers newly promoted
to SIS-01 (SES-01 equivalent). The session is scheduled for
28 February, from 1:30 to 4:30 P. M. and will consider Community
issues within the context of the major theme of the seminar, a
contemporary focus on CIA and Intelligence Community efforts to
counter terrorism.
Joining you on the panel will be representatives from the
Defense Intelligence Agency, the FBI, and the Agency. The session
is informal. All remarks are off the record and, to encourage
direct and frank exchange, the entire proceeding is
nonattributable. The Course participants all hold Top Secret and
Special Clearances.
