cellaneous organizations; the ruling Sandinista National Liberation Front
and other political parties; the military and the diplomatic service.
The Nicaraguan Directory will be published yearly. The following table
of contents is arranged to enable the consumer to locate organizations more
easily. A list of abbreviations is provided for identification of military ranks.
An alphabetical index of personalities is included at the end of the
directory.
The structure of the name index is as follows: Patronymic (surname),
given name, and in parentheses, matronymic (mother's name).
