SUBJECT': Recommendation for Declaration of Excess -
1. Action Requested: Approval of recommendation for declaration of
excess in paragraph three.
2. Documentation: Because of the changing requirements of the
Nicosia Bureau, a Greek monitor position was transferred to the Arabic
section. qualifications precluded using him in the
Arabic section; therefore, there is no longer a requirement at the bureau
for his particular qualifications.)
3. Recommendation: It is recommended that effective 31 May 1985
