You asked during a recent meeting of the Open Source Action
Group as to where we monitor Soviet regional radios. The enclosed
list indicates where these broadcasts are monitored.
I am not certain why you need the information but I think you
can see that any unusual reporting from some of these sites would be
difficult.
For the purposes I think you have in mind you may prefer to use
classified U.S. installations.
