SUBJECT: Request to Hire Diabetic Applicant
1. FBIS would be interested in hiring

2.I Iwould be hired as an editor and as such would be
required to perform PCS assignments overseas. Before putti

diabetic would inhibi assignability. I gather from OM
guidance that there are a number o complications, such as hypoglycemic
reactions, which could limit his assignability to certain geographical
areas where there are good medical facilities.
3. I believe our decision on whether to hire will depend on what
limitations are normally imposed by this handicap.
