husband, a U.S. citizen. also has an aunt, ousins,
and a grandmother who are Canadian citizens residing in cle Canada.
Contact is very irregular, with last contact in April 1985.
2. Since our linguist positions are classified as a critical
shortage category, FBIS requests that an exception be granted.
has strong skills in three Romance languages and knowledge of
two others. We rarely see applicants with more than two foreign
languages. She is currently working toward an M.A. in International
Relations which will enhance her area knowledge skills.
