CHARLES KURALT: The Washington Post reports today
that the CIA has a plan to disrupt the leftist government of
Nicaragua. The idea, says the Post, is to counter the Cuban-
Nicaraguan supply lines of arms to guerrilla forces in El Sal-
vador.
