BILL KURTIS: Renegade CIA agent Edwin Wilson is being
held on $20 million bail in an undisclosed location after he was
snared yesterday in an elaborate Justice Department trap, Wilson
worked for the CIA for ZO years. He's been indicted for, among
other things, illegally shipping arms to Libya. He has been a
fugitive for the past two years.
He was lured out of Libya after he had been persuaded by
U.S, agents that he would be safe in the Dominican Republic.
Officials there refused him entry and packed him off to the U.S.
He was arrested upon arrival in New York yesterday.
