KAREN LEGGETT: Edwin Wilson is being held by the
Federal Government on $20 million bail. He was arrested in New
York as a fugitive charged with training Libyan terrorists and
supplying Libya with weapons. He was denied entry in the
Dominican Republic this morning. And when he told authorities
there he didn't have a visa for the United States, he was told
that didn't matter, and put on the plane to New York.
