REID COLLIONS: President Reagan's going to the CIA
Headquarters in Virginia today to sign into law a bill making it
a crime to disclose the names of American agents. The bill
outlaws such revelations even if the material is available from
the public record.
Civil liberties groups are poised to challenge the law
when the ink is dry.
