Taiwan and Nuclear Reprocessing
JACK ANDERSON: I have reported how the Government of
Taiwan is desperately trying to convince its citizens that
nuclear waste isn't all bad. Now I have learned that Taiwan is
going one step further. Secret CIA reports say the country is
attempting to reprocess some of that nuclear residue. The
reason: to produce weapons grade material for nuclear weapons.
