GRNADA/COUP JENNINGS: Now the Senate has approves a bill which says the War
Powers Act does pertain to the U.S. invasion of Grenada. A
House Committee passed_it yesterday, and it could require the
withdrawal of American troops from the island by January 23rd at
the latest, the end of a 9G-day period. As Brit Hume reports,
'today's vote does not mean most of~the Congress has turned
against the president.
