ROLAND EVANS: Bob [Robert Novak], CIA Director Bill Casey is
becoming the darling of the hardliners.
With Defense Secretary Cap Weinberger in Europe, it was Bill Casey
who spelled out hard facts to Shultz on what would happen to him in Moscow.
Bill Casey and Cap Weinberger are keying up to restrain Shultz' influence
on Ronald Reagan at the summit.
But, Bob, there's one little problem. Neither one of them will be
in Geneva.
