MEMORANDUM FOR: The Record
SUBJECT EZ Tiempo of New York
I was visited recently by Messrs. Mel Rodgen and
Harry Bonilla. The former is staff photographer and
the latter is the assistant to the publisher of EZ Tiempo.
I had originally thought they wanted to see if we
would subsidize their paper. This might still be in
their minds but it was not pushed at all. They wanted to
be helpful to the Agency. I told them that I did not see
any particular way in which this could be done but we
weir?flattered by their willingness to be of use.
It all ended up with their comment, "Well, at any
event, you know we are there and willing to help". With
mutual expressions of good will, we parted.
