At 6:00 p.m. that night there will be a private reception for dais members and spouses in The Mercury Ballroom, preceding the Dinner which will take place promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom. Admiral Bergen looks forward to greeting you and your wife at that time. He also extends a cordial invitation to your wife to join you on the dais as our honored guest. Attire for the evening is black tie or dress uniform. As we get closer to the Dinner, the Admiral will be in touch with you regarding details of the program. In the meantime, to aid us in preparing the printed, program, may we have a favorite photograph (glossy) and some biographical text (generally those run around 250- 300 words, or three to four paragraphs).
