Watergate could become a
bonanza for the National Asso-
ciation for justice, a two-year-
old group started by ex-con-
victs to promote prison reform.
Its recruiting began to soar
last year when James Hoffa,
the paroled former Teamster
chief, joined NAJ and be-
came a national. spokesman
for better prisons. Now the as-
sociation is soliciting member-
ship applications from former
White House officials involved
in Watergate and has signed ? up E. Howard Hunt, the
former CIA agent and convicted Watergate burglar.
