He reports that many of the Peace Corps Volunteers are convinced that Peace Corps usefulness in Ethiopia has ended. He reports that he has made these ob- servations and recommendations to the Peace Corps officials in Washington. This young man knows whereof he speaks for he was attacked and beaten by the very Ethiopian students he was tucky (Mr. COOPER) is paired with the.- teaching and helping.
