SALT Verification Flights
MOSCOW, May 22 (AP)-The
United States has raised with the So-1
viet Union the sensitive issue of U2
overflights of Turkey to check Soviet
compliance with the second strategic
arms limiation treaty (SALT), an au-I
thoritative Western diplomat said to-
