General Larry D. Welch, USAF, has invited you to be the guest speaker at
the 544th Strategic Intelligence Wing's 1985 Dining-In at Offutt Air Force
Base, Nebraska on Saturday evening, 26 October. The wing is celebrating its
35th anniversary and the theme is "The Evolution of Intelligence." Since the
544th is the principal intelligence production organization of Strategic Air
Command (SAC), the audience will be made up entirely of military personnel. A
Dining-In combines ceremony, tradition, and good fellowship in a formal
military framework. If you accept this invitation and your schedule permits,
you are also invited to tour Offutt's facilities.
Mr. McMahon spoke to the 544th in October, 1983. You may wish to defer
the invitation to him, or to another senior officer.
