Given the theme "Evolution of Intelligence" I would be
inclined to do something along the following lines:
-- A description of the intelligence problems facing us in
1950.
- A description of the nature of our intelligence sources.
Perhaps a short description of our intelligence
product. (We could provide a couple of specific
examples.)
II. The setting in 1985.
-- Same as above.
III. A look ahead into the future of intelligence problems -- the
information and the demands of our customers.
