SUBJECT: Some Aspects of the North-South Dialogue
1. The President's Economic Policy Advisory Board, which
George Shultz chairs, is doing some work in preparation for the
Cancun Summit. Peter Flanigan asked me to have our economists
prepare an analysis of the issues in the North-South Dialogue.
2. Here is a first draft which may be of value to you in
the Ministerial meeting which I understand you will be attending
this weekend.
